More than a counselor, coach, husband, father and friend, Tony Dinallo touched many lives of New Mexico’s children.
From 1975 to 2014, Tony faithfully served many communities within the state – until his passing on Wednesday, Oct. 1, due to complications from Lou Gehrig’s disease (ALS).
In honor of Dinallo, a scholarship fund has been established to continue his lifelong dedication to and service for the children of rural communities of New Mexico. Dinallo’s passion for helping and supporting the children he was privileged to work with can never be captured by words, but the goal of the scholarship fund is to continue his work into the future.
As of print, more than $450 has been collected through donations, with the goal of $5,000, and the recipients have yet to be determined. Those wishing to contribute can do so directly through its fundraising website: https://raise-money-now.fundly.com/tony-s-tigers-scholarship-fund.
